About Dónall
Dónall is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team, having previously been a Partner in an international law firm, with his work spanning a broad range of commercial dispute disciplines.
His varied caseload includes resolving disputes involving shareholders, partnerships, director’s duties, professional negligence, technology, reputation protection, banking and finance. Dónall’s expertise also includes obtaining and defending urgent freezing injunctions.
Dónall also have multijurisdictional expertise and has managed cases successfully determined in both the Irish and the German Supreme Court and also the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Dónall has an excellent track record of obtaining results for a variety of clients from large Corporates to SMEs and individuals. He works with clients across a range of sectors including Aviation, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology and Retail. His clients say that he provides ‘practical commercial advice’ in a ‘friendly and down to earth manner’.
Dónall is a member of the Committee of the British Irish Commercial Bar Association and also a member of the British Irish Chamber of Commerce.
In his spare time, Dónall coaches the children at his local boxing club and enjoys cycling and hiking in Ireland when possible.
