About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is Partner and Head of Beyond Corporate’s Dispute Resolution Team. Elizabeth has over 25 years’ experience in advising on shareholder disputes and board room battles, disputes arising out of sale and purchase agreements and partnership agreements, as well as professional negligence claims and a wide range of commercial contract disputes.
She helps her clients to minimise risk in their operations and to protect the value of their business from internal and external threats, in particular, enforcing restrictions and which can include urgent injunction applications.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has advised large corporates and plcs as well as SMEs and OMBs.
